Role of a Customer Success Manager
Part coach, project manager, consultant and product expert, our HoxHunt Customer Success Managers are continually focused on understanding and helping our customers during the most critical phases of their journey to leverage the full potential of the HoxHunt platform. A successful CSM is able to juggle between problem-solving, giving support, consulting, coordination, communication and sales-like priorities in his/her daily work.
The ideal candidate has an ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and has a passion for helping others succeed. You are able to understand current customer needs and anticipate any future needs that may rise with the development of the partnership. You are happy to manage the full contact matrix ensuring that all potential points of contact are being served appropriately. You are well organized and get things done.
