To make our service fun and engaging we have gamified the end user experience, and our customers are loving it! Role of a Customer Success Manager


Part coach, project manager, consultant and product expert, our HoxHunt Customer Success Managers are continually focused on understanding and helping our customers during the most critical phases of their journey to leverage the full potential of the HoxHunt platform. A successful CSM is able to juggle between problem-solving, giving support, consulting, coordination, communication and sales-like priorities in his/her daily work.
The ideal candidate has an ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and has a passion for helping others succeed. You are able to understand current customer needs and anticipate any future needs that may rise with the development of the partnership. You are happy to manage the full contact matrix ensuring that all potential points of contact are being served appropriately. You are well organized and get things done.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Positive can-do-and-if-I-can’t-I-will-find-out attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Technical or Business or combination of both)
  • Customer relationship experience (e.g., enterprise/SMB sales, project management, consulting or account management)
  • Prior experience in working with technology, ideally software-as-a-service (SaaS) products with a reach beyond the IT department
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and verbal Finnish and English, other languages with a working proficiency is considered as a plus


We consider as an advantage:


  • Skills in other languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German, Dutch, Spanish
  • Technical knowledge (such as what is SSO and how it typically works)
  • Familiarity with modern web tools, technology & SaaS software
  • Experience in training events and webinars
